The Original Service Area
The initial service territory established when Scioto Water, Inc. was founded in 1969. Construction of the first distribution systems began in 1971–1972 across Scioto County and surrounding areas.

Current Service Areas
The expanded service territory showing all three distribution systems — the Rose Hill System, East End System, and West Side System — following decades of growth and major construction phases.
