How to find your report

Due to the number of Public Water Systems owned and operated by Scioto Water, and the source water produced or purchased for each of those systems, the Consumer Confidence Reports have been grouped together to provide our customers with a customized analysis of the water supplied to their specific service area.

Due to an upgrade made to the billing system software, the previous account numbers are no longer being used. Therefore, if you are unsure which report is for you or need assistance determining which service area you are in, please contact our office and we will be happy to help.
